Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

If approved, full refund will be issued.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Unused condition required
Original packaging required
Valid order proof required

Approval must be obtained before returning items.

One shipping fee applies per order.

No restocking fee.

Refund approval status will be sent after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time varies by financial institution.

Contact bank

Instructions are provided after approval.

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Defective or incorrect items are covered by us.
